I am not sure London needs a 3rd festival dedicated to Lat Am films when the original festival is still very much active and is the most acclaimed (the one Eva founded!)
However, they didn't ask my opinion ;-) and it's interesting to have options

Some movies look good and I want to see a couple of them, including "Cuba Mia" which is about a Cuban all-woman orchestra called the Camerata Romeu.
